The Covenant Christian Church Alliance, Inc. just came out of its 9^th Annual Convocation April 28 – May 1, 2010.  All services and events were hosted by Zion Church Ministries, 757 Broadway, Everett, MA, in conjunction with Wyndham Hotels, Chelsea, MA.

This year, our Holy Convocation had different programming. We intentionally created an agenda for all of our auxiliaries to hold their conferences and convocations simultaneously. The Women's Conference, the Men's Conference and the Youth Convocation all took place on Friday and Saturday.

As always, we prayed hard and sought out those speakers, preachers, and instructors proved to enrich your time at the Convocation. We were especially excited to have Rev. Dr. Marvin E. Wiley, senior pastor of Rock of Ages Baptist Church, Maywood, IL as our guest preacher on Friday evening. Dr. Wiley is well known for his broadcast on the Word Channel and TBN Channel. In addition, we had Rev. Dr. Carl Washington, pastor of New Mount Zion Baptist Church, Harlem, NY, as the Men's Conference guest preacher; Rev. Dr. Regina E. Shearer, Executive Pastor of Zion Church Ministries, Everett, MA, as the Women's Conference guest preacher and; Min. Carson Washington, Associate Minister, New Mount Zion Baptist Church, Harlem, NY, as the Youth Convocation guest preacher. We also had Rev. Gregory S. Fernandes, pastor of St. John Missionary Baptist Church, Roxbury, MA as our Opening Convocation Service preacher, and as Presiding Prelate, I gave my Annual Address on Thursday evening.
